GRATITUDE, GRATITUDE, EVER MORE GRATITUDE
The John Wallis Foundation and the Missionary Sisters of Service harbour an abiding spirit of gratitude:
For more than seventy years, generous people have enabled the Missionary Sisters of Service to go into the highways and byways of Australia and beyond. With their support, the Sisters have sought out people wherever they are, with particular care about those on the margins of society – geographically, socially, culturally or because of their religious tradition. Their mission continues to call them to be “good news to the poor, to bring liberty to captives, sight to the blind and to set free the downtrodden”(Luke 4:18) with a care for the Earth and all living beings.
Today Highways and Byways – a Community of Service furthers the outreach of the Sisters, both now and beyond the life of their congregation, and generous people continue to make our mission possible.
You can be part of that mission by contributing in various ways:
- Prayer: For the mission of Highways and Byways and for people on the margins.
- Donation: Once only or pledge a regular contribution. Please indicate if you need a tax-deductible receipt. Donations not requiring tax deductibility can be used for a wider range of works than those eligible for a tax deduction.
To make a direct deposit use the CBA:
