A community of service

Supporting socially and geographically isolated communities

We support people and communities, particularly those experiencing disadvantage and exclusion in rural Australia. We do this through our annual small grants and longer term programs where we partner with local community organisations to build stronger communities.

Our exciting new initiative announced

We are delighted to be launching a program in Roma in 2020 to build community and support those on the margins.

Highways and Byways will develop grass roots programs working with local community organisations and managed on the ground by Megan Brown of Chandra Yoga and Well Being. This will be a 10-month pilot program and we hope to be able to continue this into the future.

OUR Annual Small GRANTS

Building stronger communities

Each year we run an annual small grants program offering grants of up to $3,000 to address disadvantage and exclusion within local towns and communities, especially in rural Australia. We always receive many more applications than we can fund.

Find out how and when to apply by clicking here or you may wish to donate and help grow stronger communities.
